All our work is undertaken on a Collective Conditional Fee Agreement (CCFA) basis.

This means that you pay us by results - no fees are payable for time spent carrying out our service until we recover monies for you.

We will always seek to recover our fees and any related disbursements from the debtor or a third party.

We will fund upfront, on behalf of your Council, the following:-

• The Bankruptcy Petition Court issue fee
• The Official Receiver’s Deposit
• The Court Bankruptcy Search fee

In limited circumstances, we may ask the Council to reimburse some of these expenses.

We have the resources, experience and support staff to carry out your work quickly, professionally and thoroughly.
